Plan your openings together

When windows and exterior doors are part of the same project, a shared plan can connect the choices without making every opening identical. Chelle Renovate & Build is based in Englewood, serving Charlotte and Sarasota counties.

Choose your starting point

Start with windows when the main questions are room-by-room light, views, operation, and existing frames. Start with exterior or sliding doors when the priority is entering the home or moving between indoor and outdoor spaces.

If both are involved, list them together while keeping each opening's purpose clear. The focused service pages explain the individual choices in more detail.

Coordinate what the eye sees

Compare frame colors, proportions, glass appearance, hardware, and trim across the openings you can see from the same room or elevation. A coordinated look can still allow different operation and privacy choices.

Discuss where the work meets siding, painted surfaces, interior casing, or flooring. These shared edges help reveal which finishing questions belong in the overall scope.

Bring one project checklist

A useful first conversation connects priorities, existing conditions, and access. Call 941-310-0600 with your town and an outline of the openings involved.

  • Count windows and doors separately and photograph both sides.
  • Identify the openings you would like to change first.
  • Bring product documents and any association requirements.
  • Ask who handles measurements, ordering, approvals, and finishing.
